RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Payo Creation, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our Exchange and Return Policy.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 7–10 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that are not eligible for return include gift cards, downloadable software products, and perishable goods.
1.2 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
1.3 Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
2. Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility:
We offer exchanges for items of the same value within 7–10 days from the date of purchase, subject to availability. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2.2 Initiating an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at storeandmanage@payocreation.in to arrange for the exchange and obtain an Exchange Authorization (EA) number. Clearly mark the EA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided with your EA number.
2.3 Exchange Processing:
Once we receive your item for exchange and inspect it, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. Please allow 7–14 days for the exchange to be processed and the replacement item to be shipped.
